Introducing the next Level in precision: The C&D Tools Paring Knife

Created in collaboration with Half Face Blades, founded by Navy Seal Andrew Arrabito and renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship and exacting standards, our American-made paring knife redefines utility and style behind the bar.

We worked with Andrew and his team for over a year, creating a meticulously designed and perfectly balanced knife matching the aesthetic of our barware and founded on our belief that true quality should only have to be purchased once.

Andrew's early designs were created for one thing alone – elite military units doing dangerous stuff in dangerous places. While our knife is meant for the kitchen, you’ll immediately notice its special forces roots.

With its sleek, razor-sharp blade you can slice and dice with ease, minimal force, and exacting precision. Whether you're cutting a lemon garnish or paring up your steak for the grill, this knife will likely become your go-to blade of choice behind the bar.

Designed AND Made in America - each knife comes with a handmade leather sheath. Specifications:

  • Full Length - 8.66in
  • Blade Length - 5.5in

  • Handle Thickness - 0.59in
  • American Stainless Steel CPM S35VN

A worthy investment in an heirloom piece

It's not cheap, period. But nobody's kid ever said "Hey dad, when you die I want your Ikea knife." It's beautiful, feels good in the hand, sharp AF, and very well crafted. My only wish is that in keeping with C&D's theme of dual-function bar tools, I wish it had a knurled thumb rest on top to prevent slippage when I take it on top secret missions and my hands are covered in the blood of my nation's enemies. But otherwise I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend it.
