Beautiful and functional piece of craftsmanship
These kinds of strainers are the way to go, cleans easier than it looks, also easy to disassemble to put in the dishwasher. Mine came with a spare strainer coil, so that’s nice, haven’t had to replace it yet in the few years I have used it.
Buy American made. Fits the Boaston shaker perfectly and comes with a spare spring.
With strainers you need a tight coiled spring to ensure proper straining. This one has it. It’s American made including the spring. That’s amazing and it works great. You can tell it’s quality. It ain’t cheap but it wasn’t made that way.
